REFUND POLICY

Introduction

The Refund Policy is as stated for Attendees and Participants:
1-3 business days before the event, No Refund
4-10 business days before the event, 50% Refund
11-15 business days before the event, 65% Refund
16-20 business days before the event, 75% Refund
21-30 business days before the event, 100% Refund

IM’AGE International Consulting, Inc., has local, national and international expenses it must maintain in order to bring (on-line and on-site) the greatest Speakers on earth who are experts in the field of Business, Entertainment and Sports.

How To Request A Refund?

Please Note: To Request A Refund, Attendees and Participants can contact IM’AGE International Consulting, Inc., Lucille Hall, President/CEO, 1700 Market Street, Suite 1005, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or send an email to imageinternl@gmail.com. Lucille Hall will respond to you within 5 business days. Your request must be made in writing.

What If An Event Is Postponed or Canceled?

If an event is postponed or canceled for reasons that are beyond our circumstances, you will be notified by email and asked if you want to join us on the rescheduled date. If you do not wish to join us on the rescheduled date, you will be refunded 100%.

Why Would A Refund Request Be Denied?

If you cancel your Registration between 1-3 business days before the event you will not be refunded. This statement is listed in this Refund Policy which was established by IM’AGE International Consulting, Inc.

If you pay for an event, join in on our online Podcast, Webinars, Training, etc. for the duration of the event, or you attend an on-site all day event during its entirety and then you request a Refund, you will not be granted a request of any refunds.

How Long Does The Refund Take?

Please Note: If you are getting a Refund it can take up to 5-7 business days to show up on your credit card or debit card account, (7 business days outside of the United States of America).
